Shipping policy
Processing & Delivery Times
Every plate we make is custom-manufactured to order, so please allow a little extra time compared to off-the-shelf products.
- Production time: Up to 10 business days to design, manufacture, and quality-check your custom license plate.
- Delivery time: 3–5 business days once your order ships.
- Total delivery estimate: Your order will arrive within 15 days of order confirmation.
Order Confirmation
The 15-day estimate begins from the date your order is confirmed — meaning payment has been received and any required design/plate details (text, artwork, state or regional compliance requirements, etc.) have been approved by you. Orders with incomplete or pending artwork approval will not enter production, and the timeline will begin once approval is received.
Order Tracking
Once your plate ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your order's progress to your door.
Delays
While we aim to meet the 15-day estimate on every order, custom production can occasionally be affected by high order volume, holidays, or courier delays. If your order is going to take longer than expected, we will notify you by email with an updated timeline.
Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or misdelivered due to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you need to correct an address after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible — we can only make changes before the order enters production.
